How to Return/Exchange Items
How do I return or exchange an item to Figi's Gallery?
Complete and enclose the return form located on the back of your original packing slip, indicating whether the item is a return or an exchange. Pack and seal your item(s) securely in its original box, and ship it back to Figi's Gallery using your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for the return postage as well as any items lost or damaged in return shipping, so we recommend insuring your package.

We do not recommend refusing packages to return items. Refused packages are not insured, so customers are liable if they get lost in transit with the shipping carrier. They can also take much longer to get back to us (sometimes several months), and we cannot guarantee that we will ever get them back so that a refund can be issued. Additionally, most refused packages are not tracked in transit with shipping carriers, meaning no tracking updates will be posted by the shipping carrier once the package is refused.
