You can determine the status of your order online by signing into your account. To access My Account, click here. If you have not already registered for online access to your Figi's Gallery account, click here.
Once signed in, your customer number must be entered in the pink box on the 'my information' tab. Next, select 'Order History,' a list of your current orders will appear. Click on the Order number or 'View Details' to view more information about each order.
