Tracking numbers can be obtained from the following sources:
• Order Status
* Enter your order number, last name, and telephone number. Press Submit button to retrieve Order Status and Tracking Number. Your package can be tracked directly via the carrier's website, or by clicking on the tracking number via this page.
• My Account
* Login to My Account and click on Account/Order Status link. Click on order number for tracking information. Your package can be tracked directly via the carrier's website, or by clicking on the tracking number via the order status page.
• Shipment Confirmation Email
*If an email address was provided during order placement, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Your package can be tracked directly via the carrier's website, or by clicking on the tracking number in the email.
Note: Not all shipments are assigned a tracking number. Please contact us if the estimated delivery time has passed and your shipment has not been received.
